Choosing Your Chocolate

One of the best parts of ordering our chocolate chip cookies is that you get to choose your chocolate. It sounds like a small decision, but it changes the personality of the cookie entirely — the sweetness, the richness, even how it melts on your tongue. Here's how we think about each one.
Milk chocolate is classic and comforting. It's soft, sweet, and nostalgic — the flavor most of us grew up loving. It melts into the warm dough and keeps everything mellow and familiar. If you want the cookie that tastes like childhood, this is it.
Dark chocolate brings depth. It's slightly bitter, a little grown-up, and it balances the buttery sweetness of the dough beautifully. Dark chocolate lovers tend to be loyal for a reason: the contrast makes each bite feel more complex, less sugary, and deeply satisfying.
Semi-sweet sits right in the middle — the crowd-pleaser. It has the richness of dark with a touch more sweetness, which is exactly why it's the traditional choice for a chocolate chip cookie. When you can't decide, semi-sweet almost never disappoints.
And white chocolate leans creamy and indulgent. It's the sweetest of the four, with a buttery, vanilla-forward flavor that pairs especially well with our fruitier and nuttier recipes. It's for the serious sweet tooth, and proud of it.
There's no wrong answer here — only your answer. And if you truly can't choose, that's exactly what ordering a dozen is for: a little of each, and a very happy week ahead.
Baked with a lot of love.
